  • 允強保證提供之鋼片/板產品平坦度符合國際規範或符合訂單需求。熱切割後的變形不接受客訴。 雷射加工的變形是切割區附近材料溫度突然升高的結果。變形也會因切割區域的快速凝固而產生。 此外，變形也可能歸因於切割面上殘留材料的快速凝固。【14】

  • 依據此份客訴政策，允強僅對依據最新版國際標準執行檢驗之銲接區域發生銲接不良情形負責。
  • 經顧客加工後銲道發生不良情形時，加工端之製造方式、製/模具及加工製程等需評估是否適當。

  • 除非顧客訂單特別註明，產品標示方式及標示用材料應依據允強之標示程序書。標示之耐用品質於有遮蓋及未加熱之儲存狀態下至少維持一年。標示不可損及產品的抗腐蝕能力。平版類品，至少一個表面需有標示。通常標示於符合產品規範條件要求的主要表面。當產品是以纏繞的、成綑的、裝箱的方式或是產品表面有研磨或拋光等加工，標示可實行在包裝上或印於標籤穩固的貼於包裝。[13]

  • 次級品銷售時沒有任何保證。次級品代表銷售時含有瑕疵，但可能不是所有次級產品都含有瑕疵。
